- DIAGNOSTIC FEE TO GO TOWARD THE LABOR OF REPAIR. FOUND: THERE IS CORROSION FOUND IN THE MAIN FUSE BOX THAT IS CAUSING THE HORN TO MALFUNCTION/NOT WORK; RECOMMENDED TO CLEAN CORROSION FROM FUSE BOX AND TEST. WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID HOSE WAS BROKEN; RECOMMENDED FOR REPLACEMENT. EVAP CODE: P0456 EVAPORATIVE EMISSION SYSTEM LEAK DETECTED (VERY SMALL LEAK);SMOKE TEST WAS PERFORMED AND CONFIRMED THERE IS A SMALL LEAK FROM THE FUEL CAP, FUEL FILLER NECK, AND LEAK DETECTION PUMP. RECOMMENDED TO REPLACE FUEL CAP (ORIGINAL) AND THE LEAK DETECTION PUMP. WILL PERFORM ANOTHER SMOKE TEST AFTER THESE PARTS ARE REPLACED TO SEE IF THE FUEL FILLER NECK IS STILL NEEDED. P0155 AND P0152 O2 SENSOR CIRCUIT HIGH VOLTAGE BANK 2 SENSOR 1. AFTER ALL PARTS WERE REPLACED; COLD START WAS PERFORMED FOLLOWING MORNING. TECHNICIAN TOOK VEHICLE FOR A TEST DRIVE TO MAKE SURE ALL THE MONITORS WERE READY FOR SMOG (SPECIFICALLY TO CHECK THAT THE EVAP CODE HAS CLEARED) AND THE MONITORS WOULD CLEAR ON THEIR OWN FREQUENTLY THROUGHOUT THE TEST DRIVE. VEHICLE DRIVES AND PERFORMS PROPERLY OTHERWISE. THIS INDICATES THERE MAY BE AN INTERNAL FAULT IN THE ECM; RECOMMENDED FOR ECM REPLACEMENT.
