- DIAGNOSTIC FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE; CUSTOMER AUTHORIZED $500 DIAGNOSTIC FEE TO START. FOUND: Upon inspection, we found incorrect installation along with bent pins in one of the electrical connectors. We corrected the installation issue and repaired the bent pins during the time of the diagnostic. After the repair, we have to check the system, and we were able to successfully start the vehicle at this time. The no-start issue is currently resolved. At this point, the vehicle starts normally, however, the heater is not working. This is a separate issue and will require further diagnostic to determine the cause.
